This project involves renovation of the existing gas house, renovation of an existing restroom, replacement of existing playground equipment, and site development which includes construction of an amphitheater, installation of native riparian landscaping, automatic “smart” irrigation, drainage thru natural infiltration, decomposed granite walkways, site amenities and interpretive signage.
