Escondido - Grand Avenue Vision Project - Phase 2

Demolition and removal of existing street improvements. Landscape and Irrigation. Reconstruction of pavement, installation of signing, striping and pavement markings. New Traffic Signals and Lighting. Replacement of concrete curb, gutter, curb ramps, sidewalk, etc. Construction of a roundabout. 

Trabuco Road Improvements

This project was divided into 3 phases. 1st phase partitioned various intersections to be excavated and repaved, phases 2 and 3 included all roadway from Jeffrey to Trabuco Rd, with a final 2″ ARHM cap at the end of phase 3. Our 3d Paving grade controls were necessary to create optimal drivability on new pavement since existing curbs gutters and pavement could not be used as credible reference points to match the new pavement to.    

Lancaster Health District Ph. 1

This project involved comprehensive infrastructure improvements, , over 10,000 LF of storm drain with catch basins, including utility adjustments, clearing, grubbing, and removals. The scope includes drainage swale and shoulder grading, asphalt concrete (AC) paving, ARHM overlay, cold planing, and installation of aggregate base. Concrete work includes PCC curb ramps, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, cross and longitudinal gutters, and parkway drains. Additionally, the project features the construction of a block wall, sewer lines, traffic signal systems, and street lighting conduit with pullboxes. The scope also encompasses root pruning, tree removal, irrigation modifications, and installation of traffic signage, striping, and markings.

Costa Mesa Citywide Maintenance

This project consisted of a citywide Asphalt and concrete gutter, curb, sidewalk, swale, and concrete pads demolition and repair to code.
